IHI to Host Fulbright Postdoc
IHI will host a Fulbright Scholar as a Visiting Researcher in 2021. Dr. Ayşegül Avci is a member of the American Culture and Literature Department at Bilkent University in Ankara. While at IHI he will carry out research in the greater Boston area on his book project, Yankee Engineers: The American Chapter of Ottoman Naval Modernization.
Cathal Nolan Wins Gilder Lehrman Prize for Military History
