The MHDR is about Concepts!

The MHDR contains clinical data from Boston Medical Center and our affiliated community health centers. The concept_dimension table links the different concepts together into the ontologies so that different codes that mean the same thing can be grouped together for analysis.

Numerous ontologies have been developed in the MHDR, and to enable consistent mapping of concepts across different facilities we have made several of them available at the DHOME project website.
