The Final Exam will be on Tuesday, 10 May 2022, 6-8pm. It will not be given at any other time and failure to take the exam will result in a 0 for that exam, so please make end-of-semester plans accordingly.
Quizzes in CH102 are given on Monday evenings at 6:30pm, and they will last around 75 minutes. There will be a total of five quizzes, and the four (4) best quizzes will count towards your course grade.
Your are required to abide by the following quiz and exam regulations:
Boston University treats cheating with zero tolerance. All students in CH102 are expected to maintain the highest degree of academic integrity, and you are responsibile for being aware of the contents of the Boston University Academic Conduct Code. The consequences of cheating are at a minimum that the score for work on which cheating occurs counts as 0, and all instances of misconduct will be reported to the Dean’s office.

4 | April 11 | Quiz #4 is based on all of the course material (lecture, textbook, discussion, and lab) from Chapters 20, 21, and the first parts of chapter 23 (the material covered in lecture this week and represented on the discussion worksheet for week 11) in McQuarrie et al. The material from the remainder of chapter 23 will be included in Quiz #5. Please note: while the material on the quiz will focus on the new material (not included in past quizzes), many of the concepts are based on the preceding material. The quiz begins at 6:30 pm and will take place in the same rooms as Quiz #1 (see above). |
5 | May 2 | Quiz #5 is based on all of the course material (lecture, textbook, discussion, and lab) from the remainder of chapter 23, chapter 24, and the first four sections of chapter 25 (25-1, 25-2, 25-3, and 25-4) in McQuarrie et al. The material from the remainder of chapter 25 will be included on the cumulative final exam. Please note: while the material on the quiz will focus on the new material (not included in past quizzes), many of the concepts are based on the preceding material.
