B. Issues of Concern

After asking him the above questions and obtaining the information that you now have, you ask him if he is going to continue taking his supplements while he is in the hospital. Mr. Gomez nods his head and says, "Look, these supplements are good for me. I'd be in far worse condition if I hadn’t been taking them. I am going to keep taking them while I'm here in the hospital."

At this point, there should be a few issues that jump out at you as being possible problems for Mr. Gomez.
