Case Presentation

B. Abdominal Ultrasound and Other Test Results

His lab work is unremarkable (Chemistry 7, CBC, Amylase and Lipase).

Mr. Gomez abdominal ultrasound shows normal wall of the gallbladder wall, the presents of multiple stones, and tests positive for Murphy's sign.  Common bile duct is not dilated or obstructed.

His diagnosis is acute biliary colic.
