Yi-Jung Shen

Yi-Jung Ko is a doctoral student at Boston University School of Public Health, where she focuses on healthcare systems and care integration research. She holds a Master of Science from National Yang-Ming University and a Bachelor of Arts from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan. Her research investigates healthcare system challenges, particularly care fragmentation and the impact of health system reforms. Yi-Jung’s experience includes work as a project coordinator and data analyst.

Research Interests: Focus on improving care integration and understanding complex interactions between care providers, both interpersonally and interorganizationally.
