She earned her Bachelor and Master of Physiotherapy degrees in India and has nearly two years of experience as an assistant professor, combining clinical expertise with academic mentorship. Srishti is passionate about promoting health equity and addressing the root causes of public health challenges through evidence-based interventions and community-focused strategies.
In addition to her academic and professional roles, Srishti is actively involved in leadership and mentorship initiatives, leveraging her experience to guide peers and support community health programs.
