Linda Akuamoh-Boateng

Linda Akuamoah-Boateng is a health systems expert with over 15 years of experience in quality improvement, monitoring and evaluation, and health systems strengthening, working with both US and international organizations. She has facilitated diverse stakeholder groups to design and execute evidence-informed interventions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, patient safety, access, and equity. Linda’s programs have been implemented across the US, Ghana, and the Netherlands. She has extensive experience in program design and implementation, project management, university teaching, healthcare analytics, strategic management, risk management, and cross-cultural facilitation. Linda is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is currently a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at Boston University, focusing her dissertation on the implementation of national quality policies and strategies in Ghana.
