Reshma Naik brings over eighteen years of experience in global health, specializing in management, policy advocacy, technical analysis, and capacity strengthening. She has spent more than five years in rural sub-Saharan Africa, leading community intervention studies focused on critical issues such as HIV/AIDS, family planning, gender-related challenges, and noncommunicable diseases. Her extensive work across Africa and Asia exemplifies her ability to bridge the gap between evidence and practice using innovative research uptake and knowledge translation strategies. A passionate mentor and conference speaker, Reshma has authored several peer-reviewed publications and directed digital knowledge translation products.
