Tijana Zrnic

Tijana Zrnic is an Assistant Professor at Stanford University, jointly appointed in Statistics, Management Science & Engineering, and, by courtesy, Computer Science; she is also a Member of Technical Staff at Arena. Her work develops foundations for reliable, valid, and trustworthy data-driven conclusions in AI-related contexts, with interests spanning prediction-powered inference, active statistical inference, performative prediction, and selection bias.

She previously held a Ram and Vijay Shriram Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford, affiliated with Stanford Data Science, and earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley in 2023.
