During her time with the White Lab, Demetrice designed and 3D printed biomimetic scaffolds that would be used in the process of growing cardiac tissue.
More about My Experience
Demetrice was a member of the NSF ERC Supplemental REM 4. She advises future REUs to make friends and be open to getting to know everyone in the program and in the lab.
She graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Fort Valley State University in 2024.
