Paris worked in the Bifano Lab in the summer of 2021. She measured wavelengths from a spectrometer to see how light projects from a prism.

Paris Pippen was a member of the NSF ERC Supplemental REM 3. She recommends that future REUs explore Boston and the surrounding areas by using the MBTA. Paris also said that coming to the program with an open mind is important.
Since completing her research experience, she graduated with a degree in Biology from Fort Valley State University and is now working in the healthcare industry.
