Dr. Doan is a graduate of Cornell University. She is particularly interested in social and emotional factors that influence children’s mental and physical health outcomes. Her research has been published in journals such as Child Development, Developmental Psychology, and Pediatrics.

During her free time she enjoys practicing yoga, running, and trying foods from different cultures.
