I am currently here on a one year graduate placement from Ireland.  I received my BSc in Psychology from Queen’s University, Belfast.  Following on from my undergraduate I completed a Masters in the Psychology of Childhood Adversity. I have a strong interest in child and adolescent development, particularly in the context of adversity.  Before arriving in Boston I worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a Primary School in disadvantaged area of Dublin, Ireland, where I had the opportunity to work with children aged 4 to 12 experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. I realized I love working with children and I am particularly interested in gaining a further understanding of the risk and resilience factors associated with early adverse experiences.
