Francisca Weber

I’m very excited to be working at the BEE lab.  It was my top choice because it focuses on exactly what I am interested in: developmental psychology.  I am in my junior year with a psychology major and music minor. I hope to go into counseling for post-traumatic children.  In addition to the BEE lab, I work as an EMT at the FitRec, sing for the Marsh Chapel choir and BU Choral Society, and volunteer at the Brigham and Women’s hospital.  In my free time, I read books, go to the gym, hike, and watch TV.  Children are a joy and inspiration to me, and I hope that through research, we can find ways to ensure that they can reach their maximum potential.

Alumni Update: Francisca graduated in 2015 with a B.A. in Psychology. She is now studying for her Masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California.
