Four-Week Mindfulness Meditation Series (Med Campus)

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice. By attending weekly guided meditation sessions, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help manage stress, promote relaxation, increase focus, and connect with other students. No previous experience with meditation needed. Tuesdays, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, April 9, 16, 23, and 30. Attend the entire series, or drop in as you like. Registration required. Attendees will also receive a free stress kit. Hosted by BU Student Health Services.
