Did You Know You Could… Use Social Media to Amplify Your Research?
How do you promote your work and attract more people to read and cite your published paper? You’ve spent months or years working on your project, and then more time writing the paper containing your results. Did you know you could…use social media to amplify your research? In a 20 minute lightning presentation, learn how to distill your findings in short summaries for the general public and amplify your research on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram. Following the presentation, there will be 40 minutes left to ask questions, so make sure to bring all of your #scicomm questions for the speaker.
