Virtual Support Group: Coping with Covid-19 (Faculty)
Many of you are working from home, separated from your normal workplace-home life balance. You may be feeling lonely, isolated and anxious as you watch and listen to the news about the coronavirus. You may be missing the routine and stimulation of your jobs as well as the interactions with your colleagues. In response to this situation the Faculty Staff Assistance Office is offering an online Support Group via Zoom. The groups will be hour long informal discussions during which participants can share their feelings, offer strategies for coping and remind ourselves of our community connections.
