Terrier women's basketball guard Katie Terhune (CAS'04) was the winner in a mock shootout competition on February 26 with Kenneth Elmore, dean of students, during halftime of a men's basketball game at the Roof. The previous night, despite the team's two-point loss at Stony Brook University, Terhune had become BU's all-time leading scorer, surpassing the record of 1,869 points set by Debbie Miller-Palmore (SED'81). Terhune finished the 2003–04 regular season with 1,932 points. She will continue to add to her career total when BU goes for the America East Friendship Cottage Cheese Championship, which began March 11. Photo by Fred Sway
