The BU women’s basketball team made its first-ever trip to the
NCAA tournament this spring and presented a signed ball from its opening
round game, against UConn (which later won the championship), to Provost
Dennis Berkey, a dedicated supporter of both the team and Head Coach
Margaret McKeon, who enters her fifth season at the University this fall.
