Poised for the start of the academic year, this red-tailed hawk rests on the rail of the ninth floor balcony at the School of Management building. "This is one of the hawks' favorite lookouts," says Moncef Eladhari, an assistant director of project management, who photographed the hawk on a July afternoon. Eladhari, an amateur photographer, keeps a digital camera handy for such close encounters of the bird kind.
