Heavenly angel food cake with strawberries and chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of angel food cake (approx. 1/12 of the cake)
½ cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
(optional for decoration) 1 chocolate-dipped strawberry. Look for the ready-made ones in specialty stores, or dip your own in melted semisweet chocolate.
Place the cake on a plate. Top with strawberries. Drizzle with syrup. Garnish with the chocolate-dipped strawberry and serve.
