Instructions for Oral Presenters

The seminar room will be equipped with a laptop, projector and laser pointer. If you plan to bring your own computer, please contact Caroline at clyman@bu.edu. Presentations are scheduled for thirty minutes, which includes presentation, time for discussion and time to change speakers.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

The poster session is scheduled on Monday, July 23, from 2:30-4:30 pm. Posters should be no larger than 36 by 48 inches. Clips and push pins will be available and please have your posters in place in the LSEB lobby by 1 pm on July 23. Boards will be numbered in the upper left corner and you can find your number on the POSTER LIST.  All posters must be disassembled before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25th.
