To learn more about Japanese culture and history through the exploration of their craft coffee culture. This will be accomplished through a lecture by BU professor and Japanese social and cultural expert, Dr. Merry White, a demonstration of Japanese style coffee preparation, and thoughts and impressions from returning Study Abroad Kyoto students
