Augments the AFROTC academic curriculum by providing prospective Air Force officers the opportunities and feedback needed to develop the leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills required of successful Air Force officers. Applications include Air Force customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, problem solving, communications, and learning about career opportunities available to commissioned officers. Instruction is conducted within the framework of an organized cadet corps with a progression of experiences designed to develop leadership potential.
