This course expands on skills learned in SCI521 and teaches experienced Learning Assistants (LAs) mentoring strategies as they work with first- semester LAs. Students are responsible for weekly readings, observations, and meetings with your mentee. Students meet with course faculty to provide insight into improved implementation of LAs. Effective Fall 2020, this course fulfills a single unit in the following BU Hub area: Oral and/or Signed Communication.
