Persuasion is a critical skill needed for career advancement in every management profession. In this course, student will learn the tricks consultants use to communicate clearly and persuasively, and to connect with their audience, in a way that inspires action. Students will learn how to create a persuasive argument and to deconstruct arguments made by others; recognizing and avoiding reasoning flaws; approaching business problems systematically and thoroughly; and producing recommendations that are well- reasoned.
