A fundamental requirement for success in biomedical science is the ability to write in a clear and concise manner. This course will introduce students to the structural and stylistic components of writing a scientific paper (Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Literature Cited) and of writing an NIH style grant proposal (Title, Specific Aims, Research Plan).
