Pre-Medical Engineering
Students who are interested in applying to medical school after earning their engineering degrees need to be aware of the minimum requirements for admission to most medical schools. For the most up-to-date information on these requirements, and for information on how Advanced Placement (AP) credit may or may not factor into these requirements, please visit the Premedical/Prehealth Curriculum page.
As early as possible in their undergraduate careers, premedical engineering students should visit Pre-Professional Advising, located at 100 Bay State Road, 4th Floor, to develop an appropriate strategy for completing the prehealth requirements.
Modular Medical Integrated Curriculum (MMEDIC)
This program is designed to integrate the liberal arts and basic medical sciences. The MMEDIC Program provides early acceptance to the School of Medicine for a limited number of students who have completed two years of their undergraduate study. It offers an integrated curriculum that incorporates medical school-related courses and enables students to enhance their transition to the curriculum at the School of Medicine.
For more information, please visit the MMEDIC Bulletin page.
