An introduction to the basic concepts of leadership, ethics and resource management. Leadership and management challenges are explored in context of the interdependence between leaders, followers and situations through historical case studies and examples in the civilian workplace. Labs provide comprehensive study of organizational behavior and management with special emphasis on situational leadership in the military. Fall Sem. 3cr.
