Provides opportunity for individual students to study in a specific field or gain practical experience in theatrical production or academic investigations of a more independent nature rather than through direct faculty instruction. Approval of the student's advisor and an established focus of study required prior to registration. Students must fill out a "Directed Study Proposal Form" with their DS advisor's approval after registration. Credit amount varies, each semester. May be repeated for credit. Variable credit.
