Conservative Protestant in the United States: Sociological Views

What is the difference between an Evangelical, a Pentecostal, and a Fundamentalist? In this course students will gain a deeper understanding of the social, cultural, and theological diversity of Conservative Protestants in the United States. Further, this course will explore the leading sociological theories regarding vitality of these groups, examine their impact on American congregational life and assess the influence of the exportation of these American brands of religion abroad.
