Sophomore requirement. SMG students must take concurrently with SM411. Studies human behavior in organizational settings. Theory and findings from the behavioral sciences are used to analyze case examples from organizations and the student’s fieldwork in organizations. Topics include leadership, motivation, groups, and influence.
