In this tutorial, we will examine one or more topics on the Supreme Court, to be agreed on by the students and faculty member. Possible topics include the Supreme Court's interaction with the other branches of government and the States, trends in the types of cases in which the Supreme Court grants review, and inter-Justice dynamics. NOTE: This tutorial does not satisfy the Upper-class Writing Requirement.
