Natascha George is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group at Bingham McCutchen LLP where she practices in all areas of executive compensation and employee benefits law. She regularly provides advice to clients regarding executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions, other business restructurings, initial public offerings, and bankruptcy proceedings. She works with clients ranging from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in the design, implementation, maintenance, and termination of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.
