The Thomas R. Pickering Undergraduate and Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellowships identify talented students from all ethnic, racial, and social backgrounds who have an interest in pursuing a Foreign Service career. The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation provides the Fellows with the academic support and training necessary to be successful foreign policy professionals with the U.S. Department of State. Consideration is given to qualified applicants who, in addition to outstanding leadership skills and academic achievement, demonstrate financial need. The number of fellowships is determined by available funding. This fellowship is open to both undergraduate and graduate students. The graduate student deadline is February 7, 2014.
