GDP中心“一带一路”课题研究最新成果
本周,第二届“一带一路”论坛正于北京举行,为各国领导人讨论“一带一路”倡议下的进一步合作提供了平台。“一带一路”倡议为全球发展问题提供了关键性的资源,而充分利用好这些资源需要相关各方的有效沟通,以确保这些资源的利用符合可持续发展目标(SDGs)。
GDP中心的中国与全球发展(GCI)项目新发布了一系列“一带一路”相关研究成果及交互式数据库,以期帮助更加全面地理解“一带一路”及其潜在影响。

GDP中心研究学者Sucharita Gopal、Joshua Pitts、以及 Zhongshu Li等发表期刊论文,标题为“中国在全球能源投资中的崛起” 。论文描绘了全球产业结构趋势,及其背景下中国能源领域境外直接投资的崛起。GDP中心网站同时发布了相应数据的在线交互工具。

俄克拉荷马大学的Bo Kong教授及GDP中心主任Kevin P. Gallagher合作发表了最新中国与全球发展倡议(GCI)下的工作论文,题为“全球化与国内调整:中国开发性金融和中国煤炭产业的全球化”。作者认为2002年至2018年间中国在全球范围内的煤炭相关融资增长有国内和国外两方面驱动力;国内驱动力来自中国国家开发性银行为国内产业扩大需求、促进国家支柱产业和过剩产能出口、以及从煤炭和电力部门入手推动中国经济绿色化做出的努力。

“海外中资煤电站的环境影响” 是由GDP中心中国与全球发展倡议(GCI )研究学者、杜克大学能源经济学博士Yating Li和GDP中心主任Kevin Gallagher撰写的一篇工作论文。在文章中,作者通过卫星数据估算了印度、印度尼西亚、越南、以及菲律宾境内中资煤电站的排放量,并将与其他煤电站的排放进行了对比。

北京大学新结构经济学研究院院长林毅夫教授在国际经济与治理倡议(GEGI) 发表了工作论文“新结构经济学:第三代发展经济学” ,指出发展中国家政府应该根据国家的比较优势在市场经济下发挥促进产业发展的作用,并提出政府可以如何利用产业政策发挥促进作用。

中国与全球发展项目学者Alvin Camba近日在《外交学者》杂志上发表文章‘
“一带一路”的多重影响”,通过三个案例研究,从当地视角分析了中国在菲律宾、马来西亚及印尼的融资项目。
