Stephen A. Frank: Exploring My Kodachrome Dreams-Photographs from the West, Southwest, & Maine 2010-2012
Three years ago School of Visual Arts Assistant Professor of Photography, Stephen Frank envisioned going to the West, Southwest and Maine to explore as many National Parks, Monuments and Historic Sites to recuperate his childhood longing for the vast American landscape. To date, Frank has visited fourteen geographic sites. Stephen A. Frank: Exploring My Kodachrome Dreams presents a selection of photographs from these trips. But, as the photographs reveal, and like Thomas Wolfe has stated, “You can’t go home again.”
