Stuart Friebert

Stuart Friebert’s thirteenth book of poems, Speak Mouth to Mouth, was recently published by David Robert Books. His eighth volume of translations, Sylva Fischerova’s Selected Poems: The Swing in the Middle of Chaos (co-translated with Fischerova), is forthcoming in winter 2009 from Bloodaxe Books. He is the founder and former director of Oberlin College’s writing program and cofounder of FIELD and Oberlin College Press. (updated 11/2009)
