Sam is a 3rd year Ph.D. candidate from West Chester, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a double major in Chemistry and Forensic Chemistry from Towson University in the fall of 2022. In the Doerrer Group, Sam synthesizes heterobimetallic Pt-Ln lantern complexes. When Sam is not in the lab, she enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games.
