Dr. Rani has also taught the CAS SO 210\/SO 211 focused on race, class, gender, and inequity in schooling and has been actively involved in the XCC (Cross College Challenge) and BU Hub initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Rani serves as the Chair of the Writing Program\u2019s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and she is also a member of the CAS DEI Action Team. BU wide she is actively involved in fostering community for faculty and staff who live with disabilities through SAFEBUDS @ BU D &amp; I.
