Full-time Lecturer Annual Performance Review Process<\/h4>\n

Full-time lecturers are reviewed for performance annually. This official CAS memo (2023)<\/a> outlines the overall process from the university’s point of view. In the Writing Program, we align our yearly check-in meetings with the FAR calendar-year process. This process culminates in the annual performance review cycle and makes goal-setting and feedback more collaborative and less disjointed.<\/p>\n
