Woundbiotech: Uncommon Wounds

These oddly shaped ulcers were present in a patient with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). They can be seen in dermatomyositis and other collagen vascular disesases. They are often mistaken as being factitial. Topical tretinoin therapy can be helpful in healing them.
