  • Struggling for Peace: Dialogue and Forgiveness through the Arts will take place on Wednesday, October 30, at 5:00 PM at the Howard Thurman Center (808 Commonwealth Ave, First Floor). This event is in person only. You can register here on Eventbrite.

  • Contemporary Jewish Studies in Eastern Europe: Join us on Thursday, November 7, at 4:00 PM in the EWCJS Boardroom (147 Bay State Road) for a lecture by Professor Marcin WodziƄski. He will explore the flourishing of Jewish studies in Eastern Europe since the fall of the Soviet Union. Professor Adam Teller from Brown University will serve as the respondent.   • Trapped on the Borders: The Role of Mizrahi Jews as Mediators, Spies, and Intermediaries from the British Mandate to the Early Israeli State will be held on Thursday, November 14, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM at the Elie Wiesel Center Library (147 Bay State Road).
