Her capstone examines how institutional structures, administrative practices, and leadership approaches can better support convergent research\u2014collaborative, cross\u2011disciplinary inquiry aimed at addressing complex societal challenges that increasingly require international perspectives and global partnerships. She is particularly interested in how research administration can create the organizational conditions that enable diverse, interdisciplinary, and multinational teams to work more efficiently, equitably, and creatively. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ms. Joseph brings more than 15 years of professional experience in sponsored research administration to her doctoral studies, grounding her work in a strong scholar\u2011practitioner perspective. Her expertise includes post\u2011award financial management, compliance, service center governance, and data\u2011driven process improvement. She examines how administrative systems, workflow design, and institutional culture influence the success of research teams operating within both domestic and international research environments. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She is a 2026 SRAI Journal of Research <\/span><span>Administration Fellow, where her work focuses on the responsible integration of AI in research administration and its implications for global research collaboration.
