Shameka\u2019s dissertation focuses on the intersection of education, policy, and technology in secondary schools. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Shameka is a dedicated educator deeply committed to fostering inclusive, joyful, and affirming learning environments, authentically partnering with families and communities, and actively advocating for equitable outcomes for all students. In her 13+ years of experience in public education, she has served as a founding teacher, assistant principal, and managing director.
