His dissertation research centers on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities, using semi-structured interviews with teachers and an extensive literature review. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Previously, Stephen earned his master\u2019s degree from Stetson University, where he completed a capstone project examining school morale among faculty and students and its positive impact on student progress.
