As a key member of WISE\u2019s leadership team, he manages budget and operational systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Boston University, Dylan was the associate director of business operations at The New School\u2019s College of Performing Arts, leading strategic and administrative initiatives.
