His research interests involve looking at how children learn from and trust both human and nonhuman sources, with a focus on media and technology. Justin is also interested in thinking about ways to positively utilize technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in educational spaces. He works in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulearnlab.com\/\">Social Learning Lab<\/a> with Dr. Kathleen Corriveau as his advisor.<\/p>\n<p>Before starting his doctoral study, Justin worked as a research assistant in the Child Learning and Development Lab at Amherst College, directed by Dr. Carrie Palmquist.
