He spearheads the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, overseeing key aspects of the admissions process and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants from inquiry through matriculation.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Arredondo is focused on increasing the pool of qualified applicants and improving yield while leveraging data and systems to enhance efficiency and communication within the admissions office.
